1st grade Whistler kids made safety backpacks this week.






All after school activities are canceled today. If your student drives, please text them to let them know you are ok with them driving home on the potentially flooded roads.
Kindergarten students working on scissor skills and glue procedures making “Scissor Salad." They have one student giving a chef’s kiss for how awesome his salad is!





First grade Fletcher students made safety backpacks this week. Students are learning how to listen, follow directions, stay calm, and help one another.

4th grade working on cooperation!









TCE students in 4th grade worked in teams to complete challenges in cooperation. Some students participated in a spaghetti and marshmallow building challenge. Along the way, they practiced listening, sharing ideas, taking turns and solving problems together. The activity showed students that cooperation , communication and teamwork help everyone in class succeed!

Re: Middle/High School Special Education Para-professional (5.75 hours/day)
Tri-Central Middle/High School is currently seeking a positive, out-going person to assist classroom teachers as a Para-Professional. The position is open for starting August 5, 2026 pending board approval and passing a background check. The job would include working with students in the classroom as well as small group settings, building positive relationships with staff and students, and modeling a strong work ethic to build upon the success of our students.
Requirements:
· Associate degree or obtain a para-professional certification.
· Ability to assist students with various subject area content.
· Be willing to work with students and staff at Tri-Central to provide the best
we have to offer each and every day.
· Must pass an expanded Indiana Criminal History Check – form on the TCCS
website.
A Tri-Central Classified Application (available on the Tri-Central School web
page) will be required upon a granted interview.

🏈 Welcome Home, Coach Adam Rich!
Tri-Central Community Schools is proud to announce Coach Adam Rich as the next Head Football Coach of the Trojans!
A 2000 Tri-Central graduate, Coach Rich is coming home to lead the program that helped shape him. After graduating from Tri-Central, he attended Manchester University, where he enjoyed an outstanding collegiate football career as a team captain and 1,000-yard receiver.
His playing career continued at the professional level with the Columbus Destroyers and the Indiana Mustangs, where he earned All-League honors for six seasons, was named Offensive MVP three times, and recorded four 1,000-yard receiving seasons. He later joined the Indiana Tornados, transitioning to quarterback and leading his team to the 2013 National Championship Game while earning the league's 2013 MVP award.
Coach Rich has built an impressive coaching résumé with stops at Fishers High School, Guerin Catholic High School, Clinton Central High School, and most recently within Westfield's youth football system, where he has helped develop young athletes and build successful programs.
Coach Rich and his wife, Kathy, live in Westfield with their two children and two dogs. They are excited to become part of the Tri-Central community, and we are thrilled to welcome them back home.
Coach Rich brings a passion for developing young men on and off the field, a championship mindset, and a wealth of experience at every level of the game. We are excited to watch his leadership, expertise, and enthusiasm inspire our student-athletes and help build an exciting future for Tri-Central Football.
